Due to the recent 2020 COVID-19 global pandemic, many countries enforced strict lockdowns, travel restrictions and quarantine measures to prevent spread of the virus. As a result, many of us have been stuck around working and learning from home. While this does present downsides like the lack of face-to-face socialising, it does provide one time to reflect on their current habits and make a positive change during the lockdowns. And that's what we did.

During the COVID lockdowns here in Victoria, we've been working remotely on some new groundbreaking projects that will hopefully provide organisations and people with enough data, tools and resources to be able to make a positive environmental change. We've also been developing our own skills and increasing our toolbox. Over the lockdown period, we've been focusing on web applications, specifically designing and building websites and apps that get our message across. The message being that innovative solutions can save the planet. Thanks to these new skills we learnt, we can apply them in further projects with ease, and can eventually teach these to others.
